Your custom hair's got messy shading.

^ The second OC is pretty good, but the first could use some improvements on the hair, yeah. I get Sothe vibes from the second guy and possibly Volke ones from the first. XD

Personal Mug --
Nearer shoulder is up too high, and the wrinkles, throughout, are a little too pronounced. The far collar could use a little smoothing out, as well as less use of border color on both sides of the collar. The base of his neck bulges out a little oddly to the side, and the clavicles could be a little closer together. Overall though, I think his body is at an angle different than his head, which makes the entire thing look a little awkward. Only complaint on the hair is the big fringe section in the front. But then again, I've never liked Noah's hair. d:

OC 1 (green) --
Squished face is squished. Needs moar faec room. The bangs should be shoved up a good three pixels or so, followed by the eyes and nose. The ear should be moved to the right at least two pixels, as well. His neck is a tad thick, and the other side of his collar seems to be missing. I'd suggest shoving the head back a pixel or two and cropping the neck in from there. There's some messiness in the trim on Murdoch's pauldron, and the breastplate needs a little more shading where it meets the cloak. The hair has nice detail, but shading in the wrong places. The outlines are also a little messy.

OC 2 (red) --
Interesting use of only half a coat. There are a bit too many wrinkles here, and the trim is slightly inconsistent when it starts thinning out. The inner shirt kind of clings to his neck, and the strict border color there could be blended out a bit. There's a strong line of shading on his chin that should be lightened up a little, and his ear is a little funny. The hair is decent, but it could be cleaned up a bit.

OC 3 (blue) --
Strange hair. Reminds me somewhat of one of the armor-girl splices Vamp did before. Then again, the spliced hair is from that same ugly guy, so I can't say much about that. Either way, the hair doesn't flow very well. Tate's puffiness doesn't mix well with the flat limpness. I'm also kind of wondering why you decided to have her facing backward. That's rather awkward, for one, and it also throws off all the direct light source. You now need to shade either the face to match the body, or the body to match the face.

Your PM's collar could be fixed up, and I don't really know what that line in the neck is. I like your OC's, but the first one's face looks squished and the trim on the right shoulder pad looks off. On the second one ,the shading on the left side of the hair could use some fixing up (Hi 5 for using Elbert's jacket though).

^ Sternomastoid. They connect to the clavicles. That's what gives the V shape at the base of the neck.

I did my best to try and tackle the problems, although I didn't fix much on the PersoMug cause I quickly lost muse. ):

I got bored, so I messed around with the hair, and managed to make up a decent(imo) nsfw base. ):

And I rummaged a sheet up for my FEND weekly splicing comp entries;

The mug next to the one with no shirt, something about the hair on that one makes the head feel small.

It's probably because the top of the hair is lower then the other ones, which caused me to scrap the sides and the top and then continue onto another hairstyle, which you now see as the one next to it. :/

The one with no shirt looks like Niko's work. o_o

Banished scumbag. It just looks like how he usually shades flesh.

Regardless, it has rather flat shading. Don't be afraid to use more of the 3rd and 4th darkest shades near the far side of the body. Try referencing Hawkeye or Dieck for shirtless shading.

Not just the shading, but because the dude has weird spiked hair
with an eye covered.

I tried my best with fixing the nude's shading, but then I made a concept for the paladin model, and when I tried to do the hair, he looked too much like a girl, and not the way I wanted him to, so I redisigned him, but older, and a more mature face and set of eyes, then took my hand at my paladin model, lot's of liberties were had from the conversion of the paladin concept to the actual sprite, and I guess I still wouldn't mind changing a few things here or there, but for now, this is it. Enjoy.

The older version nude version, the shoulders feel kinda blocky, kinda need to be rounded off.

Not entirely sure whether or not you're looking up Nikolas's old work just to see how we'd react. The last mug is eeriely similiar to his personal mug in terms of pallete.

I like how you messed with Lucius's hair, though.

Joshua's hair for the red, Gilliam's hair for the black, and the brown I got from that guy you battle in the level where you recruit Duessel in Ephraim's route. :S
That's if you mean the last sprite on the OC sheet. :/

You can't claim a palette. >_>

I like the angsty Lucius, though.
