Well long story short, I was trying to delete a post I just made and it dosen't delete. >_> Issue for anyone else?

Actually yeah not only can I not delete but there is no delete button.

Veteren option only? (And probably Mod/Admi as well.)

The delete button shows up when your the last poster, though I dunno if thats for everyone though.

It should be a vet/staff option only, IIRC.

That is really stupid, members should be able to delete their own posts, especially if thy accidentally double post or post in a topic that was suppose to be for a different one. =/

^I think it means that they're...well...you know...getting on a bit in life if you get the drift.
I thought that members were on par with vets, or so it said in the rules or something, if thats the case then shouldn't members be able to delete posts too. 'Power to the people!'

@Zoa - It's mainly to keep the post-count spamming to a minimum, or so I've heard. There's always the edit button.

@Bonestorm - It means you've been recognized as a model contributor to the forum. It's not just any old status. Veterans are nominated and discussed. You don't get vetted just because.

Aeo hit it dead on. Also, about the button appearing if you're the last poster... there's nothing that can be done about that, as far as I know. =/

if you really want it deleted, if its not against the rules, you can contact one of the mods to have it deleted.
